Shipping Policy

Cosmocity currently ships within Canada, to the United States, and to 26 other international destinations available at checkout.

Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping within Canada
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Estimated standard delivery is 2–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer for remote locations.

United States and international shipping
Available destinations, shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days to the United States and 7–21 business days to other international destinations after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in product or shipping prices.

Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or details so we can review the issue.

Shipping policies and available destinations may change. The options displayed at checkout reflect current availability.
